NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Triana Housing Authority (THA) has developed its FY2026 Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 (QHWRA). It is available for review and inspection at the Housing Authority Office located at 250 Zierdt Road, Triana, Alabama 35756 during business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The public is also invited to attend a public hearing to be held on the following date:

TRIANA HOUSING AUTHORITY WAITING LIST CLOSURE

Effective August 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM, the Triana Housing Authority will close its Public Housing waiting list. After this date, no new applications for public housing will be accepted until the public notice is announcing the reopening.
